We are Peter and Elaine Lomenzo, the owners of a “boutique” real estate firm in Dennis, Massachusetts on Cape Cod.  As full time residents of Cape Cod (and lifelong visitors), we have some  unique perspectives on Cape Cod life .  We are NOT retired!  We are living, working and raising our children in  what many know only as  a “resort community”.  We are actively involved in our community and have lots to share in that regard. There is more to Cape Cod life than sun and fun – and it’s mostly all good!   We will share our experiences, both personal and real estate-related, to give you a “flavor” of the reality of day to day life here!

Peter’s posts will reflect his views on all things town-related, from the perspective of his position as Chairman of  the Old King’s Highway Historic Committee- a “design review’-type board that is unique to this part of the country.  He appears with his committee every other week on the local TV station and we are constantly amazed at the number of people who watch it religiously.  Interesting stuff!
